Dr. Dekker McKeever, DPM
Dekker McKeever was drawn to foot and ankle surgery when, as a NCAA, scholarship basketball forward, he injured his foot, suffered Jones fractures, surgical repairs, and arduous rehabilitations. He developed tremendous respect for his podiatrist, and determined then to pursue podiatric surgery as a DPM.
Dr. McKeever enjoys a broad scope of practice including high level athletes who daily push the limits of their joints and tendons, as well as everyone who demands reliable pain-free performance from their feet and ankles. Dr. McKeever often is conservative, seeking non-surgical approaches to healing and rehabilitation. However, when surgery is indicated, he is experienced in the most advanced contemporary technologies for ankle, Achilles tendon, Diabetic and Vasculopathic wound care, rear foot and forefoot reconstruction, and total ankle replacement.
